The emphasis of the on-ramp course is on skill development and exposure to CrossFit's 9 fundamental movements, sample workouts and CrossFit terminology. These sessions are completed in a 1-2-1 setting to give you the attention you need.

Your coach will arrange days and times for your on-ramp sessions to take place.
You will now be ready to attend your CrossFit classes! You will receive on-going support from your coach after joining. We are always here to answer any questions and give advice and support!
