Our CrossFit classes are designed to test you across all disciplines, they are infinitely scalable and constantly varied. During the classes you will be tested but developed at the same time. You will build volume in movement patterns, strength and overall fitness. Out CrossFit classes are not designed to red line you in each and every session, instead they are designed to build you into a robust, well-rounded athlete.
Here we focus on the Clean and Jerk and the Snatch. The Olympic lifting elements play a big part in any CrossFit programming. During these sessions we break down the fundamental parts of each movement and guide you through step by step. We believe in mechanics, consistency than intensity. Out fully qualified coaches ensure you learn each movement pattern correctly resulting in safe and effective lifting. We also incorporate our strength class with the lifting.
This is one of our accessory classes! The strength class is integrated within the olympic lifting class and this focuses on building basic strength; an element that can often be overlooked in CrossFit whilst athletes are focussing on the many other elements of the sport.
Another invaluable accessory class. Gymnastics is a fundamental move that is a regular in CrossFit programming. These sessions follow block cycles that break down movements such as toes to bar, handstand push-ups, bar muscle-ups and ring muscle-ups.
These classes are suitable for any ability and have fantastic results at the end of the 6 week block.
Our competition prep class is ideal for anyone who is new to competitions or if you are a seasoned pro looking to sharpen your skills and work on any weaknesses. This class is fully scalable and suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
This is what we like to call our prefab and rehab class. Guided by the wonderful Camila - a fully qualified yoga instructor and dance teacher. Here you will be taken through movement patterns and flows that are designed alongside our overall CrossFit programming. Each session is specifically designed to compliment your training and everyday life, keeping you mobile and supple throughout intense training.
